Communication is key at Caritas. Our supervisors will be constantly making home visits to our clients to confirm that they are happy with the care we provide and we will be open to apply any changes in order to help the client to be content with their daily activities and needs. The quality of care will be consistently maintained with our monitoring system. This system monitors our carers’ attendance and status to secure that care is continuously provided.
